Milinda and Chris Shurtleff are the owners of Hawks Air Service, a family owned heating and air conditioning company serving wester Colorado. Chris grew up in the commercial and industrial sheet-metal industry in Texas with his father and relocated to Gunnison Colorado in 2001 to continue working with his dad and uncle, Fred Shurtleff.
As the business grew Fred opened an office in Grand Junction and Chris joined Fred in 2003 to help grow the heating and air conditioning business in Mesa County. Milinda is a Registered Nurse since 1992 and is employed with Rocky Mountain Health. Milinda also performs back office duties including payroll and employee benefits administration support. They enjoy traveling especially to beaches they have never been to as well as sourcing great restaurants in the cities they travel. Chris and Milinda enjoy hiking, mountain biking, kayak and 4-wheeling the roads and trails of western Colorado. Christ comes first and foremost in the Shurtleff family and is giving all the Glory for the blessings of our beautiful children and grandchildren.
